Have you tried models? If I were buying, I would want to know what they look like on a person. They are so cute. The problem isn't the product so try to pinpoint what it is. It hasn't been too long. Much to early to get discouraged.Are there a lot of aprons on etsy? If so maybe there is a way to set them apart in your marketing. Good Luck!

Dana - I love your aprons, they are so cute. For the sake of making them stand out a little bit, have you ever thought of "reupholstering" your dress form? I did with mine for ebay sales and it made a huge difference. I just used white Jersey so it stretched easily without bulk. I think it would also be so cute if you photographed the aprons in a 50's housewife vignette. Have a little table next to it with a cookie sheet with fresh baked goods and a vase of flowers or something. It would give even more personality to your aprons and maybe help you stand out from the crowd.

Dana, I know how you feel! Every day I check to see if I sold anything and nothing. My last sale was Feb 21. Everyone that sees my bows loves them but how do you make people buy? I think the answer is exposure to the right demographic.

I'm in the same boat! I recently updated my photos, came up with a brand new item which a lot of people on my facebook page loved, but when sales goes in spurts it's hard not to let it get to you. I agree-the aprons are cute, however not being an apron person, I'm not sure what would make apron customers more enticed to buy-I actually really like your photos, they're very bright and cheery! :)

Sales are really slow for me also. They were doing ok, but have died. Nothing in a couple of weeks. I keep telling myself that the number of sellers on Etsy has doubled in the last year so it is going to be harder for customers to find us and there is so much more from them to choose from. I just keep working at it and promote outside of Etsy. Hope it picks up for all of us soon. :)
