What have you worked on today for your shop?

Today I started prep work for three more rag dolls. I'm hoping to have a stock of at least forty before the holiday rush... fingers crossed if I keep at it I'll get there!

So what have you worked on today to keep your shop stocked? Or anything thing else that will help your business grow. ^_~

I worked on improving some of my photos today.

I've been working on a new weave for my jewelry and I spent some time tweaking my listings. Oh, and I also bought some stuff to make my own light box so I can improve my photos! Looking forward to working on it, though not to redoing all my photos... >_>

I relisted some items.
I polished several copper pieces and prepped for finishing.
I have my completed copper pieces ready to shoot tomorrow, just hope for some good light!
Wow I have been really busy. Been going since 5:00 pm! Didn't really think about it until you asked!

I worked on my blog and designed some new patterns.

Today actually went by really quickly.

I re-took photos of many of my items, but I'm still not having as much success as I would like. Suppose that's what tomorrow's for!

Renewed a couple of listings and within a couple of hours I had sold 4 items : )

Like you I am also trying to build up my stock but so far it is not materializing...

I also made a video to include when I send out my owl hat pattern.

All that with a sick toddler and a 7 month old - it's been a LONG day.

Started the end process of finishing 4 new high-end shave brushes made especially for Holiday. One Ebony, 2 purpleheart and one marblewood. I'm in love with them. I hope customers are too!

Developed new fall/winter colorways for some of my note cards last night. Printed, cut, phtographed and listed samples of new colorways today, now working on another sequin ornament for a custom order while having a beer and watching a new Lifetime movie. YAY Friday night! :D

Sounds like everyone is super busy! I admire you Lauren for working away with a sick baby and a seven month old. ^_^ My little girl is almost two and she's a handful!

First I packaged up orders then created new pieces to replace several sold items. Then I took new photos, edited them and replaced the old ones in the listings. Renewed 2 listings about to expire and ordered much needed supplies.

I also hired my sister to help me with orders during the holiday season and help with housework/laundry in a couple of weeks. I have to have surgery and will really need her help! A very productive day for me and I am pooped!!

I made a dozen hair sticks, photographed them and listed them and a few vintage earrings today. Continued work on restocking my shop for the holidays which is a neverending process!
