What else to do?

Hi all,

I am a little frustrated right now.
It seems that since Christmas my shop is dead.

Views are only half of it what it used to be before Christmas.

I have taken the time to redo my pictures (again), work on SEO, titles etc.
I have joined Pinterest and keep pinning, have a Facebook page too.

Also I have been and still am creating more scarves.
But slowly I start to wonder: What for?

What am I doing wrong and what am I missing to improve?
Are my prices too high/too low?

Is it more difficult because I am from Germany?

Sorry to be sounding kind of negative, I only wish sales would start to pick up again for me.

It could just be because the seasons are changing and people are looking more toward buying spring clothing. Maybe market more of your spring scarves, and lighter things, and stop listing more wintery ones. Hope that helps!! Your items are beautiful!!

I would just try and promote more and think about new things to design with spring and summer soming up... you have a lovely shop.:) New ideas are good ,am alway thinking about new ways to promote and better my shop.

Take the quiet times as an opportunity to update your shop, work on titles and tags and photos.
promote via blogs, Pinterest, Facebook etc.
Create so you have a good amount of items in stock, work on new products.

Since Christmas my shop has also been much slower but I am just as busy as ever and have been very busy sewing and working on new product lines.

Your work is fabulous! You have such a variety and it seems Spring things too.
I prefer the photos without the "dummy". These are bright and cheerful and highlight your work very well.

I agree with Mike and Mollie, I don't know what the weather is like in Germany, but I know where I live it's going to get warm.

I suggest taking advantage of your "slow" season to make and stock your shop for this upcoming fall and winter.

It always is a bit slow this time of year! But like Hoooked Soap said, take advantage of this slow time. I'd suggest putting together a new marketing plan, add some more keywords to your etsy shop announcements, and perhaps even tweak your tags! For some extra traffic, I'd also recommend advertising in on sites and blogs where your buyers may be.
