What do you think of this image?

I am having trouble getting views and am trying to improve my images to draw in more eyes. I had the idea to show two images in one as you see here. I wanted to show the color of the pages as well as the fact that it's a book (I feel like just seeing the pages without the cover as in the inset image doesn't really show you that the item is a book). Is this too busy/can you even tell what the thing is based on the image? If you don't like it, what would you suggest that would draw YOUR eye in and make you click the listing?

I couldn't tell what was in the circle until I looked at the title of your listing. How about a photo that's on an angle so it shows the pages on the side of the book better.

The way it is right now looks a little confusing at first glance. I didn't immediately realize that the second shot was actually a second shot; it looked like part of the item. I think the first shot with the journal slightly angled in good and lets you see what color the pages are. Perhaps you could get a shot from the other side with the long edge with pages showing (did that make any sense?).

Thanks all! It has that many views because I remake the same item when it gets sold so that listing has been up in my shop for a long time! I'm using it as a test for possibly a way to do the first image of all or most of my book listings.

I agree that it could be confusing at first glance. I'll keep working on it!
