What do you still need to learn?

As a follow up to my question yesterday "What did you learn on Etsy during your first year that might help a newbie?", today I would like to hear what you still need to learn to improve your shop. For me, it is SEO, for sure. I think I have been doing it all wrong.

How about you -- in what area would you like to increase your knowledge and apply it to your shop? How will go about finding the right information?

I just bought a light box a few weeks ago, so I have reshot all of my pictures, but now I have photoshop so my husbands going to teach me how to retouch them so they look perfect. Other than that SEO is going to be my next step.

I think something I need to learn is promoting online. I do fairly well with followers at twitter, pinterest, etc...but I guess I need help getting interest into my actual Etsy store. I know I need a lot more items, but sometimes I feel like social networking isn't successful these days - so many peoples individual attention is dedicated all to facebook or twitter - it's hard to get followers to even go to another site...but I keep trying!
