I might be the only one feels this way, but what I like most is the etsy app push customer communication to my phone and a pop up notification appear on my phone. It cuts my response time to questions from costumers to minutes, even to seconds. I closed so many sales just because the costumers were so impressed by the speed I responded.
For me, the most beneficial thing is Etsy Shipping Labels and the immediate customer notification that their order has been shipped including a tracking number along with a personal note from the seller. It gives me an incentive to stop whatever I'm doing and get their order filled immediately. Customers love to be able to track their shipment and appreciate my quick shipping. <3 Jewel

The ability to sell digital downloads is fantastic. Seconded with auto messages sent out to my buyers means that I don't have to do anything when my digital download items are purchased but go about my day.
I love the Etsy seller app. I can check messages & stats from my phone no matter where I am. It really means I am no longer chained to my computer all day, every day.
I like the Etsy app on my phone--it notifies me of sales and conversations so I can respond right away, whether I'm home or not. Buzz Bear, you are so right--customers love quick responses and shipping!
The notifications that get sent to my phone from the Sell on Etsy App is my favorite. When life got a little too hectic for me, I was able to still be involved with customer questions and sales when I couldn't log onto Etsy on the computer every day.
