I already have some ideas of what I am going to do with orders this Christmas, with a few complimentary freebies and stuff, but what is everyone else planning?
I've been on Etsy now for only about 3 months as a seller, but I've done most of my shopping online across many different sites for a few years and I've found that some sellers do some things differently during the holidays. Some give out freebies, others give out discount codes, some wrap their products free of charge to give it a more festive look whether it's been opted for or not.
I really like freebies - who doesn't? - and I've bought from many different sellers on ebay especially, probably about 20 or so for supplies and a couple more for general things, and there are only 2 people whose names I can remember. One because I got a free pen when I bought some necklace chains and beadcaps, and another because I got a free broach and lollipop when I bought a waterfall cardigan. To this day I still remember the names, eventhough the cardigan was at the end of last winter. While I will return to both sellers, those freebies really made their names stick in my head.
