First thing I see when I look at your shop is that a lot of your photo's are cropped in a bit, so you can't see the whole item straight away.
Another thing is your items are fighting to be seen against the backgrounds you are using. You want to have as much consistency in your shop as possible. Your shop photos are essentially a shop window and you want to catch someones eye and entice them to stay. Try using a neutral background and use it throughout your shop so there is cohesion.
