This may sound like a dumb question but what are BNR's, SEO's and the like? I keep getting invites from these kinds of teams and since I've been to Etsy I'm not sure what they are....

SEO = search engine optimalization
Which means adjusting your item titles, tags and descriptions so that they include all important search words and search word combinations that potential buyers might use to find your items.

BNR is a treasury term: buy and replace. You buy something from that treasury list and get one of your items to fill the empty spot.

BNR = a treasury where you buy an item from it, then you get to put one of your items into the treasury to possibly have someone else buy it. I haven't tried them, so not too familiar with it.
