Re: What are your goals for 2017?

Even though we are well into 2017 I'm still making goals for this year.
- build my shop inventory to 50 items (and do my best to maintain that number)
- build the inventory in each section, not just the sections that are quickest to make
- improve the photos
- create a standard background for each type of listing (mug rugs, baby quilts, etc)
- add a section for my own mug rug patterns
- keep up with the info I'll need for taxes!

Re: What are your goals for 2017?

Jason I've found instagram to be a really useful tool already! I don't really get any activity or traffic from Facebook but I get a lot of interactions on instagram!
Also my big year goals:
Do at least one craft show
Branch out into new products (bath bombs mainly)

Some recent smaller goals:
25 instagram followers (almost there!)
100 items total (not unique)
20 Etsy visitors in 1 week (my highest is 15)
1 sale in June (and every month)

I'm just starting out so my goals are pretty small but I'm excited to try my best to meet them!

Re: What are your goals for 2017?

Emily, my goals are very similar to yours.

My shop is only 1 month old and so I am just starting out. I would love to increase my visibility and get more sales. My goal is to get 10 sales before the end of September 2017. And l only have 1 sale so far.
I also want to allocate more time for the creative side of my shop/business and work on new products to have bigger shop inventory. But creating perfumes take time so I am trying to be as realistic as possible.
And last but not least, my goal is to get 1000 followers on my Instagram account before the end of this year. And also get more followers on Pinterest account. My Pinterest account is only 3 weeks old so there is still plenty of work to be done.

Re: What are your goals for 2017?

Hello!
I would like to have 10 -15 sales until next year. I think this is not to much, but quite enough to make me motivated again.
I have already 1 sale and I am keeping updating and uploading new stuff in my shop. I think this goal is realistic or I at least hope it! :)

If you have any ideas what I can make better just write!

Re: What are your goals for 2017?

1. Finish decorating all the "base" items (old books, ceramic items, etc.) and get those items listed!
2. Make at least 3 sales at my company's holiday gift fair.
3. Reach 10 sales.

Re: What are your goals for 2017?

new goal... to get a better camera and set up, i have made the box, and got the clamp lights, but the pottery is hard to photo, and the lighting etc is just not up to par. i know i am losing sales over my pictures. and goal #2 to quite my other job, as it has gotten less and less anyway, and now it might be 1/4 our income instead of pottery being 1/4th... finish strong!

My goals for what is left of 2017:

- Believe in myself and stop doubting everything I do.

Good luck to all of you! :)
