West elm pop up + Etsy

I recently came to know that etsy artists can work with west elm to showcase the products. How does that work?

At the West Elm popup that I attended a few years ago, Etsy had selected the artists that they were going to invite. There was no open invitation.

But if you wish you can pitch your work directly to West Elm to see if they would be interested in purchasing wholesale from you. It doesn't hurt to try!
