Volunteers for Critiques: Getting views but not getting sales

Hi everyone!

On Friday, April 13 (spooky!) at 3PM EDT, I'll be hosting an Online Lab with shop critiques for those who are getting views and maybe hearts, but not getting sales. We'll talk about what these shops can do to start turning those views and hearts into sales!

Would anyone like to volunteer their shop? It's ok if you can't attend, since the sessions are recorded. Even if your shop isn't picked, it will still be fun and valuable, since the tips will apply to many shops.

I would love to attend! I'm getting about 250-300 views a week, have some items (which have only been up for a week) with 25 hearts (http://www.etsy.com/listing/96675919/vintage-1960s-jackie-o-style-white), some with between 1-10, and no sales! I'm just starting out on etsy, but it's hard to keep investing the time you need to when you're not seeing any benefit :-/

I will deffo volunteer for this - it's causing me much puzzlement at the moment. Loads of views and hearts but my sales are lower than when I had 30 items in my shop??! If I'm chosen or not I will be watching for sure :)

I volunteer. I signed on back in Nov 2010, but didn't establish my shop until January 2012. I plunged into creating the best shop I could, good photos, diverse product, joining and participating in teams. So far, only 3 sales. Very perplexing. I generally average over 100 views a day and have been in many treasuries. I would love some feed back that could help me crack the Etsy nut.

Most of my items are listed in the geekery category, but I know people searching in other categories would like a lot of my listings as well. What's the best way to span across categories?

I would love to volunteer. I don't know what qualifies as getting plenty of views, but I tend to think my views and favorites are coming from other sellers, so haven't translated to sales. I've been revamping my shop and pictures this week so a critique would be especially appreciated!

It would be amazing if you could critique my shop! I add a new item every weekday, answer all messages within 24 hours, have four pages of items showcased with bright photos and am still having a difficult time with consistent sales. If not me, I would love to see a 2-D artist get a critique.

Hi Michelle! I'd love to have my shop critiqued, I've been working non-stop at this and would love to hear some feedback and tips and get some new ideas. I also agree with Elizabeth and would love to see a 2-D artist critique. Thanks!
