Vintage Items

Hello everyone,

I was doing some research on Ty Beanie Baby Original Canyon & notice that this plush toy was being sold on Etsy. I thought that an item had to be 20 years or older. This toy was made in 1998. I did look at the Seller Handbook & could not find anything had change. Can anyone one tell me if any policies have change pertaining vintage items? Where do you go to find this information?

Policies have not changed. Etsy's enforcement has.
It drives me crazy when I search on one of my tags and I am competing with not only other vintage, but something made last week in a factory.
