Views Dropping In Past Week?

Has anyone else been experiencing really low views lately or is it just me? For the past while I've been getting 70 - 100 views daily, but for the past week it dropped to 20 - 40. I have been adding new items and haven't been making any radical changes, so I'm puzzled by the decrease.

Just curious if it's happening to others.

Me too, exactly the same; I have averaged 100 or so views per day, then starting around Saturday they plummeted. I don't know why, I know the Etsy has been really slow circle and otherwise today. ???

mine haven't dropped significantly, but they are lower, from day to day, due to the tons of site outages. my views are actually higher this month that last month.

Orders are up, revenue is up. Views & faves are flat.

I've had the exact same problem! It's quite annoying. That being said, I did finally get a couple sales this month, even with the low views. But I'm really hoping it picks up here pretty soon.

Mine went through a slump about a week or so ago. Since then I have been more active on teams, facebook etc and views and favs have increased but unfortunately sales havent picked up yet.

Yep. Views and sales run like a roller coaster with long stretches between sales. But last several days, view have taken downward turn even with new items being added, renewals being made and Etsy search ads.

So I'm scratching my head on how to make the roller coaster ride less extreme.

Mine went from about 50-60 a day to fewer than 20 a day over the last couple of weeks, and sales aren't coming in either. The drop in views seems to be independent of any promoting that I do as well. I'm getting really frustrated. :(

Views were up but it seems they tapered off Saturday and have stayed that way.

The activity feed is jamming up. I could not see mine for 12 hours. It is a mess. You can not see who is favoring what and what treasuries are being put up. I got it back after 12 hrs then it went off and on again for several hours. Now off again. I am going to bed. I hope Etsy fixes the problem. This is not good for the shops.

I have had a decrease on views and item/shop favs. It has me down but I really don't have a past season to compare it to. The days that I did have higher views I have a low favorite number which is no fun either. I have not added for a couple of weeks though so that could be causing some of that.

Well, they dropped for a couple days, but they're back up now, so who knows, I kinda wonder how screwed up stats are right now with all the "changes" they've been doing.

My views and favorites are down about 25%. My category view stats show a decrease from last month by about 20%. Was doing the best yet for my shop and it tanked last week. Only has become worse the past few days.

Activity feed for my shop is currently behind five hours.

I truly hope that any testing or changes they are doing will be an improvement from where it is now.

Me too! I had a great July in views and sales. I have been getting 200+ views everyday and about 10 days ago it inexplicably tanked. Now
I'm barely getting 100. I can't figure it out. To suddenly be getting half is weird. I feel like it has something to do with Etsy, but I'm not sure what.

wow. mine views are abysmal. They were never really awesome but now they are non existent. Thank goodness for some special orders I am working on. At least I know I will have some income coming in from those. I hope September will bring more views, sales and happy customers to my shop.

I'm really worried as I've only made so far not even 40% of last month's sales :(
I know we should actually be focusing on working on new products for the holiday season but still is so frustrating.

Me too! My views were low (from 1-8 per day), then I got active in teams, forums, etc, and was trying to promote a little. Success! 30 views a day at lowest, 95 at most! And then, for some inexplicable reason... I am doing well the past four days if I get one view in a day. Hmm.

Could this be due to summer hols or something?!
