Un-successful delivery

I noticed this week that one of the items I shipped is subject to un successful delivery attempt. That was on 9th. I sent a convo to the buyer to let her know this and hoped that the post office (UK) had left a collection notice for her to get her parcel. She hasn't replied to me and the delivery is still outstanding. Should I do anything else?

Yes, send your customer an email, too...not everyone has it set up so that they get a notification of when they receive a convo.

I think that Royal Mail holds things at the sorting offices for a couple of weeks before they're returned.
