USPS issue

OK...have an issue...is there anything I can do?

Sold on the 12, I packaged it up and shipped it out on the 13th.
Then today, I am being told by the buyer, he thought I used UPS not usps 0o and that USPS doesnt deliver to him. (? though stamps.com didnt have an issue with his address.)
To please send it to him @blah blah po box address.
That its a gift and he needs it sooner rather then later.


Any suggestions on fixing this? besides hoping and waiting its returned to me?

Have you tracked it? If so does it show delivered?

Also, UPS will not deliver to a po box.

DC on it last shows it in the san diego(my city) processed though on the 14th.

1st address is a street address, the po box address was given afterward if i wanted to use usps. :/

with the post office being closed on Monday I would give it some time. it may still get there,

I'm not sure it's a same situation but I had a customer who was at a very rural area and USPS didn't do street delivery there. The tracking showed "notice left" a while, so I contacted the closest post office (there was only one post office in the town). They said they were holding the package and the recipient had to pick it up. Since my customer was just visiting there, she didn't know about it. I contacted her and she was able to pick the package up at the post office. I would assume your customer can do the same though.
