Ok Team...What should I do?
I just tracked a customers order...I always keep my eye on them just to be sure they get there so I can relax (which I never really do)...tracking is just another ADD thing I do. I probably should add that my husband always asks me if I'm "Itsy Bitsying Again!!!" (he's never smiling or laughing when he says it either) because I am always on the computer when I'm suppose to be fixing breakfast, lunch, dinner, or sleeping!
Anyway...I use Etsy shipping labels which also showed that USPS verified the address as an actual address. The customer typed in their address and Etsy automatically prints it onto the label.
So, here's the dilemma...I've convo'd and am waiting to hear from the customer to find out if she may have made an error in her address, or if someone at her location might have refused the package. I don't know why, but it seems as if very few customers reply to my convos on the day I send them, and some never do get replies. I hate waiting to get to the bottom of a problem. Anyway, that's just me and another ball of wax altogether. Lol. So now, where did I leave off...the USPS tracking says Undeliverable As Addressed.
What should I do if she comes back with yes that is her correct address?
What should I do if she comes back with a corrected address?
And what I really need to know is...Who pays to reship the order? What would you do if it were you? And,,,how would I go about charging the extra shipping after the order has already been paid?
Thank you so much team for any advice you can give me on this.
