1. If you are clear in your Policy page about your Refunds policy, and someone makes a purchase from you, isn't it implied that they've read the policy or at the least that it is their responsibility to read the policy? Does it protect you, as the seller, if you are clear about what you will and will not do?
2. This is for all you jewelers out there...would you accept a return and issue a refund on a piece of sterling silver jewelry just because it tarnished? Isn't it kind of ludicrous for someone to want to return something that they know is eventually going to look less than brand new?
