Trouble with shop updates

Hi friends. I am wondering if anyone else is having complications with shop updates. It was working for me up until Dec. 6. Now I can no longer upload a photo. It tells me the photo is too small (even if it is a picture I had used before) or the app stops working. I have uninstalled and reinstalled with no success. HELP please. I enjoyed using this tool and am frustrated that I have not been able to during this busy season. Thanks so much!

I don't know the answer as I haven't used that feature.

Have you updated the software? The last time I was having troubles, there was a software update I didn't know about, and that fixed the problem.
