Trouble with Picasa

Happy Labor Day!

I am struggling with Picasa. I have exported my photo down from 1000 pixels to 800. It is still cutting off my image. What am I doing wrong?

Have you tried cropping it? Also, have you thought about adding more photos to this listing? It's easier to find a photo that fits perfectly in the frame when you have multiple photo options. Plus, customers like to see more photos of the item you are selling instead of just one image. :]

I will be adding more photos to this listing, Ciara. I did crop the photo. I read that the pixels have to be 1000 from another thread. Very frustrating.

Anyone else have any ideas?

I use Picasa (love it!) and I set my crop to 'standard screen 4x3'. Unless I've cropped the bejeebus out of it, I don't have any problems.

I use Picasa and crop all my photos using the CD size, pretty much a square. I never have a problem.
