Theres nothing stopping you from promoting anything, including your treasuries, whether you created it or are in one. The treasuries have the buttons just like our items have: the facebook, twitter, and pinterest.
Whenever I create a treasury, I usually put in on all three. I try to do the same for the ones that I am in.
I know in some of my teams, they have a thread for you to post your treasuries in.
