Treasuries on Facebook Question

I have a question about making treasuries and getting them on facebook.

I've made 3 treasuries so far and really enjoy the process! I was able to pin my last treasury on pinterest, but have yet to successfully post it on my fan page in facebook. When I copy and paste the link it does come up, but only with a thumbnail of one item. I'd rather get an image of the whole treasury, I've seen other seller's pages with the whole treasury so it is possible.

Does anyone know how to do this? I went through the Apps for Sellers section here on Etsy, but didn't see anything for facebook to get the whole treasury to come up as an image.

Any suggestions are much appreciated!!

Re: Treasuries on Facebook Question

You can screenshot the treasury, post it as a picture on your fb wall, and then put the link to it in the description. That's the only way I know of at least.

Re: Treasuries on Facebook Question

OK, IT WORKED!! So, if anyone reads this and is using a MacBook Pro here's the scoop:
Command + Shift + 4 will make your cursor a crosshair. Whatever you select (in this case your treasury) will be saved as a 'screenshot' on your desktop. We'll call it 'File Awesome'.
On your fb fan page, Add a Photo but actually select 'File Awesome', which is saved on your desktop.
In the description put a blurb about the treasury, if you like, and the link back to Etsy.
Voila!! Treasury posted to facebook!!

Re: Treasuries on Facebook Question

I had no idea you could select part of the screen to cap! I just used cmd + shift + 3 to screencap the whole screen and then cropped what I wanted in a different app. This is super convenient, thank you!

Re: Treasuries on Facebook Question

an additional request, though not sure if putting under the right discussion:
can the link of the the treasury be titled like this:

treasury title + CURATED + by shop name

so it would be clear for non-etsyers that the item appears was made by someone else, I m only promoting.
thank you!!
