Tracking Where One Has Posted?

I've posted in a few teams & discussions but then I can't remember where and in which...
So I was just wondering if it is possilbe to track what and where (ie in which team, discussion thread & page) one has posted to?

Right here, on the left side, under elsewhere, under tags, it says

Teams
Forums
Your Threads

click there "your threads" they'll show up

and to the right side where it says

this discussion is public
post a reply
mark

----->

you can mark all the threads you want to have handy and they'll show up as marked threads in the "your threads" link
