To send out a new one or not?

So I got a email to today with a picture saying that there is a scissor cut int he fabric. The cut is rugged not clean, so it really does not look like a scissor cut at all. Also she got it 9 days ago and is just contacting me now. I don't want to send out another one. I have a limited supply of this material, but I know me... I will to avoid the negative feedback.

What would you do?

Perhaps you could request a picture of the packaging to collect on insurance??

otherwise.......might be worth it to offer a partial refund......or steep discount on another one...

or...really your safest bet is to just offer to send a new one.

She might have just noticed the defect now. Have her return the item and send her a new one. It's the right thing to do. Is there any way you can repair it and resell the item at a discount?

I don't mind sending out something, but this just feels off to me. Like I' m getting played ... I hate it too

I wish I could but I cant do anything about a rip in the front. I check all my items so many times before I ship. I really don't see me sending this out.
