Does anyone else write your customers a thank you note following deilvery of their item? I currently send an e-mail to my customer the day following delivery to thank them and open up an opportunity for them to contact me if they have any issue with their purchase. However, I am wondering if a handwritten note would be a better manner in which to follow?
Any ideas? Thank you.
