Hi there, i was wondering does the order of tags matter in searching results?

No, tags can be in any order, which is nice. Would take a LOT of time to move them around. Then order always changes each time you update them. :)

The order of your TAGS changes each time you update an item?!? Do you mean renew the item, or maybe edit your wording? I didn't know that anything - including order -changed unless you (the shop owner) changes it.
