Etsy stated that you should add the tags "black friday etsy" AND "cyber monday etsy" to your tags, AND to state it clearly in your listings. As far as I can see, they've not said anything about putting them in the title. I've not done it because I don't want to compromise wider searches for a few days of sales, but I followed their advice otherwise.
Obviously, if you include black friday or cyber monday in the title, you'll appear higher in any results, but at the same time, it's going to be a massive search, and including it in your title won't do much for you but ose a few views from people seraching for specific items rather than sales.
All in all, given how many people are participating, I'd say do exactly as Etsy says: include the tags in your tags, and in your product description, but don't touch your titles.
