I will tell you a trick that may work on your item. It works with my items so I'll let you know of it.
Whenever you create your title copy and paste the keywords from your title to your tags and flip some of the keywords too. There are people who search for for instance 'Framed Art' or 'Art Frame'. So adding these two words is important.
As for the posted item, I suggest adding 'hand painted ploymer clay face' that you have it in your description. So the title can be something like this:
'Hand painted ploymer old woman face 3d framed art'
The tags:
Hand painted, ploymer, old woman, woman face, 3d art, art 3d, framed art, art frame/framed ... etc
