I noticed you had the tag "hat" twice. Definitely delete the second one.

striped hat, long hat, ladies hat, handmade hat

How about you change the title to:

Rainbow Striped Crochet Hat

and use the same words in your title for your tags too and add other words too. Long, striped, colorful, rainbow, woman hat ... etc
