Store Items Order

So do you think that the order of the items in your store makes a difference? If so, what is the order you prefer to use?

I am reaching out and trying ANYTHING I can think of to get some sales going. I also ordered some business cards, so I am keeping my fingers crossed that I can start handing them out to get something rolling!!!

I don't have an order since I only have 9 items.Mine are pretty easy.
I do have business cards.That was my best buy yet! I go up to perfect strangers and hand out cards.Never thought I'd do that! I'm rather shy.But,get my talking about hair and I'll talk a mile a minute.lol.
Most have natural hair and are happy to recieve a card.I have like 6 customers from my business cards so far.

Thanks for the positive words and the compliments! I know I havent been on here long but I quickly start to wonder if other people really like my clips or if its just me. Especially when I wear them and noone says anything. :-/ I am hoping things really pick up after I get my cards.

I like to keep "like things" together. All the soap, all the herbs, all the lotions... But don't look just now it is a mess and I haven't had time to clean it up...Darned ol' work/job thing keeps getting in the way. :)

So being that all of my things are the same, it probably doesn't make much difference.

Your shop is great too! I'll be checking you out when I need soap. Burts Bees is getting pricey and hard to find around here!

I sell only catnip pillows, and I know cats don't care, but I like to have the colors of the fabrics I use 'flow' throughout the store, so I'll have one item have, say three colors, then I'll make sure the next item has at least one of the same colors in the fabric, and so on. I think it's just pleasing to the eyes.

DinahDesigns love your avatar. I've heard that arranging your shop DOES help. You could consider arranging so like colors are in groups. It really does look very pretty when you do that. I have tried it a couple of times but I don't have any way to tell if it madea difference! It was pretty!
