when I shipped an order I usually put the tracking number in Etsy.
My store has been on and off the 3 stars but mostly on the 2 badges.
Lately I have been wandering why my shipping category is lowered down mostly every day now on the 80% . I printed out the Etsy excel explanation what makes my shipping category down and look in each order number.
To my surprise, there’s 20 orders when tracked via USPS, it registered that ALL 20 orders were mailed and “delivered” on time yet the status in Etsy still says “pre-shipping “
Is there a way not to join the Star system because my shipping should have above 95%.
How is the “shipping category “ being measured if orders was not tracked?
