Something is very wrong with the Craftopolis application

Five days ago I used the Edit Express tab in Craftopolis for the first time. I've been using this app for almost a year on a regular basis to see how many views and hearts I'd recieved for the day and look to see what search terms shoppers are using to find my items.

Ever since that Edit Express use I can't use Craftopolis at all. I've written to them 2 times with no response. The application doesn't load and keeps flashing irritatingly. I can't even put in my shop name to start logging in.

Can anyone here help? Have you had that problem in the past and know how to overcome that problem? Please let me know how to use that wonderful resource again.

Bumping to top for you. I am new to etsy and cantvet craftopolis to work for me at all. It shows I have hearts but says I have no listings. I don't get it at all and am sad because everyone says how good it is so I know I am missing out!

i use craftopolis all the time, every once in a while they seem to have some glitches. i can't get it to load properly today either... frustrating, but it's hard to complain when it's free!

Wow so it is something with their site. I like craftcult too but it doesn't have the tags I like in craftopolis. Hopefully there will be a fix soon. Maybe the changes in Etsy relevancy affected it

It seems to be working for me today, but I was having trouble with it for a while. Hope it stays that way!

I have problems with it too. And I wrote to them but they never replied.
They're probably too busy with other issues though, so I don't expect them to ever address my issue.
I often experience glitches with it and it's never updated my number of listings once I passed 50. It's a shame, but it's still a great tool to use

I got a response from Craftopolis. The fix worked great for me and I'm back in. If you are having problems with it loading for you, I recommend you do the following from Shannon of Craftopolis:

The first thing you should try is clearing your browser's cookies and restarting your browser. If you are using Internet Explorer you need to make sure the Preserve Favorites Website Data box is NOT checked when you delete your cookies. If Craftopolis is in your Favorites and that box is checked, the cookies will not be removed. Properly deleting your cookies should reset everything.

If you have recently upgraded to Internet Explorer 9, the default security setting for IE 9 may cause the Google Analytics link some problems. The way to fix that is to go to the security settings and find the option for Displayed Mixed Content and set to Enable. Here is a link that shows how to do that:

This is the only thing that helped me with my Etsy "add a new item" issue the other day! Who knew?

I created a treasury that landed on FP on Sunday evening...one of the artists featured in it emailed me to congratulate me. I jumped to Craftopolis to see which treasury of mine made it - when I entered my username it said no treasury I had created had ever landed on FP.

WHAT? Well that made no sense. So I checked my treasuries within Etsy and discovered which one had made it to FP - when I cross-referenced Craftopolis they had given the credit to someone else!

I emailed them, and they, of course, blamed the changes at etsy.
