hey Everyone.

I poste din main forum but I know some people just stay in the teams so thought I would ask here as well.

I am curious about your social media efforts. SO I am wondering if you would discuss them here. Maybe a poll?

@Gina, hashtagging is your friend on IG! At least until you get a lot of followers. I often use #etsy, #wip (work in progress - I find that people love seeing behind-the-scenes photos of my work), and others as they relate to my photos. I would stay away from the really popular hashtags like #love, #follow, etc., otherwise you will get a ton of spammers!

Also, beautiful/interesting photos are a must! Check out big brands like Anthropologie/BHLDN, Rifle Paper Co., and others for inspiration. Also check out the IG feeds of Etsy sellers you like - I follow a ton of other Etsians on IG, and I love seeing their new products, shows they're attending, etc. I've been inspired to buy things from other Etsy sellers more than a few times on IG.

I have a Twitter, Google+ Pintrest and use them most of the time.

I dislike FB and closed my account over a year ago.
