I have a question. What is the highest shipping price you have ever encountered while shipping a product you have made? I have an order from Israel and I have never shipped that far and now I'm curious.

Or what was the highest shipping price you've ever paid for something on Etsy?

Pay Pal sometimes has great international shipping prices. i just sent 2 day service to AU. for only 16.00

I've only bought one thing on Etsy before, and it was a PDF file, so there wasn't any shipping cost. But as a seller, I recently had to ship a blanket to Japan, and by shipping it first class by USPS, it cost me about $11. If I would have shipped it via priority mail, it would have cost $34! That's how I ship my blankets within the U.S.-by priority mail. It costs about $6 to ship it.

The reason I'm asking is because I received a scary quote of over $100 to ship from Canada to Israel... *gulp... and I don't have time to go to the post office right now to check if this is correct. Everyone has fixed International shipping costs on their listed Items and nothing exceeds $10 for shipping photo prints.... from what I've seen.

I just would love some feed back and I really appreciate both of yours.
