Hi - I would love to have a shop critique. We have only sold 7 items so far...and have been on etsy since last September. Our photos, I believe, are good. I know we need more inventory but need help getting noticed.

We average less than 10 view/day. Yipes!

Hi Danielle,

I would love to have my shop critiqued. Recently I have done a lot to makeover my shop. I had a new banner created, edited my ABOUT shop page, and re-did my photo's. Before I had mostly white backgrounds, and now I have changed most of them (will be changing all as time allows) to a darker gray background. Is this working for my shop to make it more "cohesive" and appealing to customers? I think that this has allowed my items to really pop on the photo listings.

I feel though, that I am kind of being buried by a lot of other wedding jewelry sellers here on etsy. I have been focusing on tweaking my tags and titles and would really love some feeback on where I am going wrong with these. I have sought out help and read endless amounts of articles on the subject, however I feel like its just not clicking with my shop.

I realize that I do have monthly sales, and that I am continuously growing, but I would still love the opportunity to hear some professional advice on my shop.

I would appreciate a shop critique. I have been networking a lot more (favoriting items, shops, adding circles, making and liking treasuries, as well as creating a Facebook page), updating my item photos to a white background, and have tried to update my tags.

I would mostly like to have you tell me whether my current item names and tags are helpful for searches. Thanks so much.

A critique would be very welcome! Should I create a second shop for my mobiles, or they too different from the pet portraits to co-exist? What about when I decide to bring in my personal paintings, as opposed to commissions? What else do you see?

yes please, my views are still so low, changed my tags and titles and photos but still only getting 4 or 5 views a day, working on adding more items....

We'd love to be critiqued. We're located in Finland and since Etsy isn't yet that well known here, all our customers have been from the States and elsewhere. The dilemma is that shipping rates outside Europe are insanely high (for example, when comes to shoes, the shipping is more expensive than the actual item), so we've been wondering should we include a part of the shipping price to the items price, to balance it out..?
Also we could use some pointers on SEO and how to reach our target audience. :)

I'm not sure if I'd make the cut because so many people have posted (good luck guys!!) but I'd really be truly grateful if my shop could be critiqued.

Photography and Titles are major areas where I continue to work. I wonder if my photos have enough variety or are too bland. If they could be critiqued, that would be a major help!

Eeny, meeny, miney, moe...
My shop is fairly well established and this year has been the best yet. However, I feel like it could still be a lot better and I'd love a fresh set of eyes to help me out!

My concerns:
1. Is there too much repetition in my tags and, if so, do you have any other suggestions for descriptors for my items?
2. I feel like I'm getting a lot of views (not that I have much to compare them to) but sales still aren't where I'd like them to be. Am I not giving the viewers enough information? Too much information? Do I need more or a "narrative" to pull them in?
3. Is the variety of items in my shop a distraction / deterrent... or a bonus?

I would love a critique for sure! Specifically, on the feel and branding of my shop, if I'm successful at making all my different product lines look cohesive and that they are all instantly recognizable as my brand. That was my goal for 2012.

2012 has been a huge change for my shop - since Feb I've completely changed my shop name and how we're branding ourselves (as a husband and wife team instead of just me) I'm still working everyday to bring my shop to the next level and would love any pointers on where we can improve.

Hello, I would be interested in having my shop critiqued. We just recently launched, and within 24 hours we made our first sale, and since then nothing. Its been a week. Views are very slow, and I have added the search ads through Etsy. I would like to know what else we could do to improve our store and turn our views into sales. Thank you in advance.
