Showcase?

Does showcase work? Is it worth the money? I have very low views and no sales. Would showcase help with that? Thanks!

No. At least not for me. I tried it, but got only a handful of views than from it and no sales. I get more views just pinning items. I had marginally more success with search ads, but I still ultimately felt that it wasn't worth the money either.

I haven't personally used it, i tried out search adds which brought a few more people to my shop but not many, try promotion in lots of places online :)

I got a lot of views from a search ad. I did the 10.00 one. I sold several things that I had on the ad. I am not sure it might be worth it depending on what you sell and how many ads you run?

I never had a sale from a Showcase. I get more views and favorites from participating in teams.

i only do the showcases during the Christmas shopping season. the rest of the year..its a waste of money.
but hey, if you got the extra money..try it out. :)

I tried the ring showcase and switched the item throughout the day. It got me a lot more views than usual and a few favorites. I have not done search ads. I participated in a BNS/BNR and it got me a sale, tons of Favorites, and a few views.

I feel that both investments were worth it in the long run. I paid a total of $13, sold a $22.50 item, and got an item I would have bought anyway if I had seen it while browsing. I am expecting that all of those favorites will lead to some more views in the future as well. I plan on doing both again sometime in the next few months.

I've heard people on the forum call it the noob tax... so probably not worth it. I bought three spots when I opened my store last month and it was a bust! Would rather invest in facebook or google ads... I'm researching into it. I heard facebook ads work well for some people
