Shop sections question

Hello everyone!

I have been wondering lately if I should divide my shop into sections, but Im not sure how I would do that or if it is necessary. Right now, I only sell pendants, so the clear jewelry dividers aren't really available. Is there any reason for me to try to find sections within my shop, or should I leave it as is? Thanks so much!

I've seen some shops do season sections (Spring Collection, Fall Collection etc)

I think that you should definitely divide your shop into sections. 47 items is too many for most casual viewers to wade through. You could divide your pendants by type of stone or by color family (reds/pinks, blues/purples).

I agree with the comment's above you could make section's according to season,stones,metal's.....

Another reason to use the shop sections is that Google uses them as meta tags for SEO purposes. So, you want to choose some good keywords.

With two pages you are probably ok with just having the one section called 'wire wrapped jewellery' but you may in the future want to consider splitting it up a bit more.

Not only does it make it easier for a buyer to shop, but the section titles are also used by google in searches.

I recently helped my friend open her etsy shop and we divided her pendants into stone categories, by agates, minerals and jasper, then specific regional stones.
