Wow, I don't have much to say other than I love your shop! It is so unique and your plants are absolutely beautiful.
Here are two things I found:
1. In your policies, the Refunds and Exchanges section says this: "
There are no returns or refunds with live plants. However, if there is a problem or an item arrives damaged (this does not include minor imperfections- spots, streaks, or slight color/shade variations) "
You left off the last part of the second sentence, although it seems to be getting ready to say that you would replace a damaged item.
2. The photos of items hanging on the wall could use some brightening. Like this one:
