Shop critique please help...

Hello all,
I'm Stormy and I'm new to selling on Etsy. I've been at it about a month now. In another team site there was a thread critiquing the person above yours shop and no one has posted since me... I was really looking forward to some critique and pointers. I decided to reach out and ask for help, critique and reviews. I'm not the first or only person to offer the type of items I sell, I've tried to set myself apart with cute consistent packaging/branding but looking for any input as I'm here like all to learn how to increase traffic, generate more sales and converting my traffic into sale...

Wow, I don't have much to say other than I love your shop! It is so unique and your plants are absolutely beautiful.

Here are two things I found:
1. In your policies, the Refunds and Exchanges section says this: "

There are no returns or refunds with live plants. However, if there is a problem or an item arrives damaged (this does not include minor imperfections- spots, streaks, or slight color/shade variations) "

You left off the last part of the second sentence, although it seems to be getting ready to say that you would replace a damaged item.

Oh my goodness, I love your shop! Your items and the product pics are so beautiful. I just relaunched my shop about a month ago as well so I'm not sure how much constructive advice I can offer. Mostly, I'm sharing what others have suggested to me...

Like I said, your images are fabulous. I wonder if you might vary the feature image on the Rare Echeveria Glauca 'Compton Carousel. It's kinda looks like it's the same listing repeated. I would suggest using multiple images for each listing so that customers can really see what they are getting. For example, on mine: https://www.etsy.com/listing/224470710/printable-alphabet-letters-in-woodland I use one of the images to make sure customers know they are purchasing printable files rather than physical items.

I would do some keyword research and use keywords in your titles and then use the same ones in your tags. And keep adding listings!

Thank you everyone for you input and if anyone else has any more input I'm all ears. Thanks again to this group, its nice to have a group where you can ask and have questions answered by fellow seasoned artists/sellers

Hi Zeynep,

I'm new to all this so I don't know how much advice I can give. A couple things I noticed the last paragraph in your shipping policies it says it lasts 1 week, I assume you meant it takes one week, I would also try and reword that paragraph as well as the one in refunds to flow a little more smoothly. Otherwise I think your stuff is absolutely adorable, great idea for kids. They are so pretty.

Hi Andreja,

Beautiful work... My suggestions would be in your shop announcement moving the art history portion to the bottom of the announcement this will allow people to see who you are and what your about and then have a little history behind it all. I would also definitely have your policies page filled out. If you aren't sure what to put there I would look at some other artists shops to get a feel for some things that would be important for you in this section.

Your work is fabulous, keep up the hard work!
