Shop advice

I opened my shop at the end of August and had a few sales at first. Now everything seems to have stopped. I am so thankful for the favourites and treasuries I am featured in, but they don't turn into sales. Would anyone be willing to take a look and offer some feedback? I'd love to get an opinion from someone who is completely unbiased :) thank you so much in advance!

Your tags & titles need work. I'll use this item as an example.

If I was searching for a bracelet like this the last thing I'd key in is "faceted morganite bead" because I have no idea what that means. I would search for "pink bracelet" or "pink beaded bracelet." Neither of those phrases are in your title or tags. Phrases hold more weight in tags than single words. What your item is should be in the first three words of your title (right now the word bracelet is the 8th word). Think like a buyer when creating your tags and titles. Also, the phrases used in your tags & titles should match exactly to get your item higher in search results.

Get rid of wasted tags that will never be searched for such as sugar and spice, classic, romantic and girly. Replace them with "pink beaded bracelet" if it fits. If that doesn't fit divide it into two tags such as "pink bracelet" and "beaded bracelet." Use keyword phrases that a buyer would search for. Type your item into the search bar, see what pops up as popular searches and use that as a guide.

This beautiful bracelet may never get visibility due to your tags for instance when i search aqua 258,000 thousand items pop up but if you use aqua bracelet only 14,000 items cone up. Still a lot but you have a better chance at being seen in a group of 14,0000 rather than 258,000. Try to use 2-3 word phrases instead of single words.

I'm so glad you like it :) Thank you for taking the time to write. You made a great point. I didn't realize how important the right tags are! Does it also matter which order the tags are in? Does it affect relevancy?

I think you have great pictures, so that's a great start! you might just want to make them more cohesive, this background is my personal favorite. From what I understand it does not matter what order the tags are in but when customers are scrolling they tend to only see the beginning of the listing so the most important information should be listed upfront.

Good day! I opened the store in April 2013. Sales was not. My jewelry a lot of watching and include in the collection. I love to be beautiful collection of work that I like. I rejoice every day and learn every day to do something new in my store. I'll be glad for any help and any advice. Thank you!
