Shop Payment Account

Has anyone had their funds held for over 10 days with an order by Shop Payment? I had two orders on the 30th of September, and only one was released (the small amount). The larger amount is still being held with no button clearance to have the funds released. This is not the first time, and account updating has not been done. I have e-mailed ETSY support, and all I get is Shop Payment section of ETSY.
Can anyone help me? Much appreciated,

I had a large amount mysteriously held, no idea wh. But it went on it's own without me doing anything. I have no idea what to tell you but at least you're not alone lol
