A suggestion would be to fill in your shop announcement with description of what your shop sells, your inspiration, etc.
Also in you policies, your ask customers to pay in full. If you are accepting Paypal and credit card through Paypal, it would be paid in full for transaction to occur. So I think you can remove that point in your policy. Besides, the tone is not very inviting to customers.
