Shop Critique!;)

Any advice would be appreciated!! I have been working on my shop ALL day!! (my poor husband and his supper and dirty house!!) Adding more items trying to get ready for the holidays and redoing old listings!! So need some encouragement now!!:))

Its looking good but the one thing that you've forgotten about is your shop title. (It shows up right below your banner, above your announcement).

I like to use the 'critique your own shop' checklist when I'm working on my shop as it reminds me of the most important points.

It looks really nice, your titles are good and to the point. The first 3 words are the most important... And yes don't forget your shop title!!

I like your items, and the prices are good IMO. It irritates me when people underprice (though I've been told I'm guilty of it myself). I've been sewing for 13 years, so I know all the time and talent that goes into your sewn items!

I think you could add more to the announcements section at the top. Maybe about your expertise, why your items are special, etc. There are some run-on sentences in your policies section, and use of "are" instead of "our." That's the future English teacher in me :)

I would love to see your photos brighter. Try taking a few against a white crispy background. You might like it.

Thank you all for the advice! I now have a shop title an will work on the shop announcment and continue to work on photos!! I just read on a blog about pic monkey and it seemed to realy lighten photos up! Thanks again! And best of luck to you!
