Shipping to Canada Question...

Hello,
I have mailed my sales buying the shipping labels through paypal USPS priority mail. Today I made a sale that has to be mailed to Canada. I tried to buy the shipping label as usual, but it is charging me 20.00 dollars for an 8.0 oz package. I do not know if this is due to the customs process.
Could someone please guide me how to mail packages to Canada from the USA in a less expensive way?
I had no idea how expensive it is and I charged only 5.00 dollar shipping costs.

You'll need to go to the post office - FIrst Class international is way cheaper than Priority, but Paypal doesn't offer it for international orders because it has no tracking. It's nearly impossible to track things once it passes the border anyway, so tracking shouldn't be an issue.
