Shipping help PLEASE

Hi, somewhat new to ETSY not New to the online World.
My question is about shipping first class INTERNATIONAL, does anyone use it?

Most of my items are small and will ship 1st class, but I can't print off 1st class from the USPS site or from Paypal 1st international..

I'm I missing something??

Typically with first class international shipping most have to do it at the PO. Paypal did provide first class international for awhile, but then stopped. I believe you can do it online through stamps.com, but you have to pay for that. Usually I just create the label and do the customs forms at home to make it easier at the PO.

Thanks, I thought I remembered being able to do 1st class online, This is very time consuming, on the other 'site" I'm on all my labels are printed very quick, no fuss. Thanks!

There is a customs form that is required when shipping international. Some countries have duties or customs fees, so in my policies I advise customers they are responsible for any additional fees. Also, when the custom form is filled out, complete it accurately. For example, if you have sold merchandise do not mark it "gift" to avoid any fees. That would be mail fraud. You can't ship international first class through PayPal, but you can go directly to the USPS site and print your label. Hope this helps....
