Hi, I got two orders from the same person in one day. It happens lately more often. She ordered another item a few hours later. I made one package because its the same address. So, I have one tracking number. When I applied the tracking number to the two orders one shipping displayed correctly and one not (Pre-transit or in transit) But its already delivered. What should I do? How do you manage those orders?
