Shipping and Tracking

Do you include tracking codes in with the price of your shipping? Do you provide them for zero cost to your customer? Or do you just not include a tracking code at all?

I ALWAYS include a tracking code....if not you are just asking for trouble.

I include the tracking code. It's only $0.19, and it covers your butt if something goes wrong, since it will say "Delivered".

I've been including it in all my sales. It's included in the price of shipping and I believe I have that listed in my policies. Covers your butt like the last poster said. I didn't think much about it until yesterday when I got an email asking me where something was. I resent the code, and low and behold it had been delivered. WORTH IT!

I ship through paypal so the delivery confirmation is free and paypal emails the buyer the dc.

Yep... I include delivery confirmation for all domestic (US) orders and it is built into my shipping price (as are the packaging materials).
