Shipping Options at Checkout

Quick question for those who know more than I do...

I've noticed that some clever shop owners are listing different grades of shipping in their checkout. Is this a feature of Etsy that is upcoming or a new app available?

This is one of Etsy's test features, that is currently only available to a certain number of shops.

Those sellers are members of the 'shipping improvements' prototype.

Although the prototype has been active now for just over a year, there are still some bugs that need to be worked out before its released to all Etsy shops.
