Shipping Larger Order via FEDX or UPS - How do I set up?

I am new to Etsy and have my first Custom Reserve Listing for a large order and I need to ship either UPS or FEDX.

My question is how do I go about setting up the actual shipping cost for this large order?

I know the appx. shipping cost. However, do I need to set up a special shipping profile? I need suggestions.

If it's a custom listing just put the approx. cost to ship. Indicate in your listing that you will refund excess shipping payments.
