Shipping Labels Not Working???

Hello all,
I am in need of serious help!
I have been purchasing my shipping labels as NORMAL and my computer and printer are working perfectly fine. I can print everything else JUST fine.
I go to pay and download my shipping labels for the customers yet when they actually print, ALL that show up is on the edge of the paper is the customer's name, the item they purchased and the order number but NO SHIPPING LABEL!
Has this happened to anyone else? I could see the entire shipping label when I downloaded it and like I said, my printer works just fine. I just went to print out something else and it came out perfect. I just contacted Etsy but I am afraid they won't reply to me in a timely matter as I am already late getting orders out since I have been trying to print them nonstop and am now over the 24 hour cut off for downloading shipping labels so I just lost ALL of that money.

Please help me!!!

Save the label to your desktop and try printing it from there instead of through Etsy.

You can request a refund for the labels you weren't able to print. It takes a couple of weeks but if it shows as not being used there shouldn't be a problem getting a refund.
