Question -
I have about $30 in shipping labels that were never used due to either incorrect shipping method selected, weight, not able to download, etc....I had an intern helping me during a rush peak and now I am stuck with labels we have duplicated and repurchased. I know you can request a refund on the most current - however a I cannot even see the option to request a refund on the majority of them - some of these are as old as two months....new policy? anyone able to shed some light?
